[§ 5923.14.1] § 5923.141. Workers' compensation fund payment.
Upon receipt of the certification from the administrator of the bureau of workers' compensation as provided by
section 4123.024 [4123.02.4] of the Revised Code, the adjutant general shall request from the controlling board the amount certified. The adjutant general shall request the director of budget and management to provide for payment to the state insurance fund of a sum equal to the amount transferred by the controlling board.
