§ 5907.09. Hearing by probate judge; costs.
When the affidavit referred to in
section 5907.08 of the Revised Code is filed, the probate judge shall forthwith determine the sanity of the resident. Insofar as applicable, the laws governing in cases of admission to a state hospital for the insane shall apply. The probate judge shall have the same authority, and may receive and order paid the same fees and costs, as the probate judge would have in the county in which the veteran was a resident at the time of entering the veterans' home.
