[§ 5104.01.4] § 5104.014. Children with temporary medical conditions.
The director of job and family services shall adopt rules in accordance with
Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to provide for the licensing of child day-care centers for children with short-term illnesses and other temporary medical conditions.
