§ 5101.84. Felony drug conviction not disqualification.
 

An individual otherwise ineligible for aid under Chapter 5107. or 5108. of the Revised Code or food stamps benefits under the "Food Stamp Act of 1977," 78 Stat. 703, 7 U.S.C. 2011, as amended, because of paragraph (a) of section 115 of the "Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996," 110 Stat. 2105, 21 U.S.C. 862a, is eligible for the aid or benefits if the individual meets all other eligibility requirements for the aid or benefits.
