[§ 5101.54.4] § 5101.544. Effect of household member's failure to perform required action.
 

If the benefits of a household are reduced under a federal, state, or local means-tested public assistance program for failure of a member of the household to perform an action required under the program, the household may not receive, for the duration of the reduction, an increased allotment of food stamp benefits as the result of a decrease in the income of the household to the extent that the decrease is the result of the reduction. 
 

The department of job and family services shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to implement this section. The rules shall be consistent with 7 U.S.C.A. 2017(d) and federal regulations.
