[§ 5101.51.8] § 5101.518. Appeals.
The director of job and family services shall establish an appeal process for individuals aggrieved by a decision made regarding eligibility for the children's health insurance program part II. The process may be identical to, similar to, or different from the appeal process established by
section 5101.35 of the Revised Code.
