[§ 5101.51.4] § 5101.514. Conformance to federal and state programs.
In accordance with 42 U.S.C.A. 1397aa, the director may provide for health assistance under the children's health insurance program part II to meet the requirements of 42 U.S.C.A. 1397cc, to be provided under the medicaid program established under
Chapter 5111. of the Revised Code, or to be a combination of both.
