[§ 5101.46.2] § 5101.462. Repealed.

This section allowed department of aging to review and comment upon the comprehensive social services plan for persons sixty years of age or older and regulated allocation of federal funds among departments and allocation to county agencies.
The effective date is set by section 26 of HB 408.
