§ 4713.13. Injunction against violation.
 

Whenever in the judgment of the state board of cosmetology any person has engaged in or is about to engage in any acts or practices that constitute a violation of this chapter, or any rule adopted under this chapter, the board may apply to the appropriate court for an order enjoining the acts or practices, and upon a showing by the board that the person has engaged in the acts or practices, the court shall grant an injunction, restraining order, or other order as may be appropriate.
