§ 4505.25. Expenses of implementing SB 59.
The registrar of motor vehicles may use money from the automated title processing fund created in
section 4505.09 of the Revised Code, in accordance with appropriations made by the general assembly, to pay expenses related to implementing Sub. S.B. 59 of the 124th general assembly.
