2006 Ohio Revised Code - 4501.17. OVI fines fund.
There is hereby created in the state treasury the OVI fines fund. The fund shall consist of fine money received by the state highway patrol pursuant to
section 4511.19 of the Revised Code and shall be used by the state highway patrol to enforce that section and to conduct programs to inform the public of the dangers of, and laws governing, the operation of motor vehicles while under the influence of alcohol.

The effective date is set by section 4 of S.B. 123.

Effect of Amendments
S.B. 123, Acts 2002, effective January 1, 2004, substituted "OVI" for "OMVI", "section 4511.19" for "division (A) of section 4511.99", and "that section" for
"section 4511.19 of the Revised Code."
