§ 4141.45. Right to amend or repeal.
All the rights, privileges, or immunities conferred by
sections 4141.01 to
4141.46, inclusive, of the Revised Code, or by acts done pursuant thereto, shall exist subject to the power of the general assembly to amend or repeal such sections at any time.
