§ 4141.37. Compliance by firm or corporation mandatory.
Each member of a firm and the president, secretary, general manager, and managing agent of every corporation subject to
sections 4141.01 to
4141.46, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall cause such firm or corporation to comply with such sections.
