§ 3734.84. Notification requirements for beneficial users.
The director of environmental protection may adopt rules in accordance with
Chapter 119. of the Revised Code establishing notification requirements for persons who beneficially use scrap tires, including at least rules establishing notification procedures and specifying information to be included in a notification.
