[§ 3734.82.1] § 3734.821. Clean-up and removal at Kirby tire site.
Beginning on the effective date of this section and ending on June 30, 2011, at least sixty-five per cent of the moneys collected under division (A)(2) of
section 3734.901 [3734.90.1] of the Revised Code and deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the scrap tire management fund created in
section 3734.82 of the Revised Code shall be expended for clean-up and removal activities at the Kirby tire site in Wyandot county.
