2006 Ohio Revised Code - [2923.12.11] 2923.1211.Falsification of concealed handgun license or possessing revoked or suspended license.

[§ 2923.12.11]  § 2923.1211. Falsification of concealed handgun license or possessing revoked or suspended license.
 

(A)  No person shall alter a license or temporary emergency license to carry a concealed handgun that was issued pursuant to section 2923.125 [2923.12.5] or 2923.1213 [2923.12.13] of the Revised Code or create a fictitious document that purports to be a license of that nature. 

(B)  No person, except in the performance of official duties, shall possess a license to carry a concealed handgun that was issued and that has been revoked or suspended pursuant to section 2923.128 [2923.12.8] of the Revised Code or a temporary emergency license to carry a concealed handgun that was issued and that has been revoked pursuant to section 2923.1213 [2923.12.13] of the Revised Code. 

(C)  Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of falsification of a concealed handgun license, a felony of the fifth degree. Whoever violates division (B) of this section is guilty of possessing a revoked or suspended concealed handgun license, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
