[§ 2919.22.2] § 2919.222. Parental education neglect.
No person required to attend a parental education or training program pursuant to a policy adopted under division (A) or (B) of
section 3313.663 [3313.66.3] of the Revised Code shall fail to attend the program. Whoever violates this section is guilty of parental education neglect, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
