2006 Ohio Revised Code - 1339.54. Effective until 1-1-07.

§ 1339.54. Scope of investment authority; diversification.
 

(A)  A trustee may invest in any kind of property or type of investment provided that the investment is consistent with the requirements and standards of sections 1339.52 to 1339.61 of the Revised Code. 

(B)  A trustee shall diversify the investments of a trust unless the trustee reasonably determines that, because of special circumstances, the purposes of the trust are better served without diversifying.
