§ 109.32. Charitable law fund; expenses of charitable law section.
 

All annual filing fees obtained by the attorney general pursuant to section 109.31 of the Revised Code, all receipts obtained from the sale of the charitable foundations directory, all registration fees received by the attorney general, bond forfeitures, awards of costs and attorney's fees, and civil penalties assessed under Chapter 1716. of the Revised Code, and all license fees received by the attorney general under section 2915.08, 2915.081 [2915.08.1], or 2915.082 [2915.08.2] of the Revised Code shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the charitable law fund. The charitable law fund shall be used insofar as its moneys are available for the expenses of the charitable law section of the office of the attorney general, except that all annual license fees that are received by the attorney general under section 2915.08, 2915.081 [2915.08.1], or 2915.082 [2915.08.2] of the Revised Code and that are credited to the fund shall be used by the attorney general, or any law enforcement agency in cooperation with the attorney general, for the purposes specified in division (H) of section 2915.10 of the Revised Code and to administer and enforce Chapter 2915. of the Revised Code. The expenses of the charitable law section in excess of moneys available in the charitable law fund shall be paid out of regular appropriations to the office of the attorney general.

Analogous to former RC § 109.32 (125 v 354), repealed 136 v H 347, § 2, eff 11-19-75.

The effective date is set by section 182 of H.B. 95. 

 

Effect of Amendments

H.B. 95, Acts 2003, effective July 1, 2003, substituted "(H)" for "(G)".
