§ 158-34. Territorial jurisdiction of Region.

§ 158‑34.  Territorial jurisdiction of Region.

The territorial jurisdiction of the Region created pursuant to this Article shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the counties participating in the Region. (1993, c. 544, s. 1; 2005‑364, s. 1.)
