§ 143-302. Expenses.
§ 143‑302. Expenses.
Funds may be allotted out of the contingency and emergency appropriation to defray the necessary expenses incurred by departments, institutions and agencies financed out of the general fund of the State, and departments, institutions and agencies financed out of special funds or entirely from receipts shall defray the necessary expenses incurred without expense to the general fund of the State.
