§ 135‑45.7.  Prior approval procedures.

The Executive Administrator and Board of Trustees may establish procedures to require prior medical approval and may implement the procedures after consultation with the Committee on Employee Hospital and Medical Benefits.  (2008‑168, s. 3(l).)
