§ 128-12. Violations to be reported; misdemeanors.
§ 128‑12. Violations to be reported; misdemeanors.
It shall be the duty of the director of the Local Government Commission to report to the district attorney of the district any violation of G.S. 128‑11 of which he may have knowledge, and any violation of such section shall be unlawful and shall constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor.
