§ 115C‑467. Pledge of nontax revenues to repayment of loans from State Literary Fund.
Any local board of education obtaining a loan from the State Literary Fund under the provisions of G.S. 115C‑466 may, with the approval of the board of county commissioners, pledge to the repayment of such loan any available nontax revenues, including but not limited to, fines, penalties, and forfeitures.
