§ 106‑404. (Effective until October 1, 2009) Animals affected with glanders to be killed.
If the owner of any animal having the glanders or farcy omits or refuses, upon discovery or knowledge of its condition, to destroy the animal at once, that person is guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor. If the owner of any animal having the glanders or farcy shall omit or refuse, upon discovery or knowledge of its condition, to deprive the same of life at once, he shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
