§ 1‑201. Repealed by Session Laws 1967, c. 954, s. 4.
§ 1‑202. Special controls general.
Where a special finding of facts is inconsistent with the general verdict, the former controls, and the court shall give judgment accordingly. (C.C.P., s. 234; Code, s. 410; Rev., s. 552; C.S., s. 586.)
