Article 6 - (189 - 207) DOWER AND CURTESY
189 - Estate of curtesy abolished.

§  189.  Estate  of  curtesy  abolished.  The common law estate by the
  curtesy in the real property of a wife dying after the thirty-first  day
  of  August,  nineteen  hundred  and  thirty,  and all its incidents, are
  hereby abolished.
