Article 28 - (2800 - 2822) HOSPITALS
2805-C - (Enacted without section heading).

§  2805-c. Every private proprietary nursing home having a capacity of
  eighty  patients  or  more  may  have  a  licensed  medical  doctor   in
  attendance, upon the premises, for the care and treatment of patients.
