17-134 - Unlawful use of pasters.

§ 17-134. Unlawful use of pasters. An election officer or other person
  who  uses  a  paster upon an official ballot, at any election, except as
  authorized and in the manner provided by this chapter, is  guilty  of  a
  felony.
