2006 New York Code - Duty Of Lienholder.



 
    § 2122. Duty  of  lienholder.  A  lienholder named in a certificate of
  title shall, upon written request of the owner or of another  lienholder
  named  on  the certificate, disclose any pertinent information as to his
  security agreement and the indebtedness secured by it.   The  department
  of  social  services,  or  a social services district, or its authorized
  representative shall be deemed to have complied with this  section  upon
  disclosing the name of the obligor and the amount of the debt.
