§ 2103. Rules of court. The appellate division may adopt, amend and rescind rules for the district court not inconsistent with this act, with the CPLR or with the standards and policies adopted by the administrative board. A copy of the rules shall be available at all times in the office of the clerk of the court in each district, and shall be published as directed by the administrative board or, absent the board's direction, by the appellate division. Three copies of the rules shall be filed with the administrative board.
