  § 2012. Drawing of jurors.
    Jurors  may  be  drawn and summoned in the manner provided by rules of
  the appellate division of the department in which the court is  located.
  Jurors  drawn for civil actions pursuant to this act may also be used in
  the trial of criminal cases.
