2006 New York Code - District Superintendent



 
    §  437.  District superintendent. The district superintendent shall by
  virtue of his office be designated the president and  presiding  officer
  of  the  district  corporation.  He  shall  exercise  such powers as are
  granted him by the constitution and by-laws.
