2006 New York Code - Research Fund Created.



 
    §  701.  Research  fund  created.  A  fund for the promotion of equine
  research is hereby created in the New York state veterinary  college  at
  Cornell,  as  a  regents  approved veterinary college facility of a land
  grant university within this state. The fund is  hereby  designated  the
  "Harry  M. Zweig memorial fund" for equine research in honor of the late
  Harry M. Zweig, D.V.M. The monetary assets of the fund shall be used for
  equine research conducted by the state veterinary college.
