2006 New York Code - Appropriations By Municipalities.



 
    §  39.15  Appropriations by municipalities. To effectuate the purposes
  of this article, the local legislative bodies of  any  municipality  may
  appropriate  and transfer to the commission moneys to be expended by the
  commission to carry out its functions pursuant to this article.
