2006 New York Code - Continuity Of Authority.



 
    § 29.03 Continuity of authority.  For the purpose of succession to all
  functions, powers and duties transferred to the office by the provisions
  of  this  act,  the  office  shall  be deemed and held to constitute the
  continuation of the board, trust, council or commission from which  such
  functions, powers and duties were so transferred.
