2006 New York Code - Acceptance Of Equipment.



 
    §  27-990 Acceptance of equipment. All equipment and devices regulated
  by the provisions of this subchapter shall be accepted or  approved  for
  use  in  accordance with the requirements of article eight of subchapter
  one of this chapter.
