2006 New York Code - Application.



 
    §  27-479  Application.  This section shall apply to the construction,
  alteration, and use of open parking lots. Open  parking  lots  shall  be
  unobstructed  and free of other uses. All driveways and open spaces used
  for the parking or storage of motor  vehicles  shall  be  surfaced  with
  concrete asphalt, or equivalent durable, dustless material.
