2006 New York Code - Classification.



 
    §   27-433  Classification.  Heliports  on  building  roofs  shall  be
  classified in industrial occupancy group D-1. They  shall  be  separated
  from  all  other  portions  of  the building by construction meeting the
  requirements of table 5-2 for fire divisions.
