2006 New York Code - Violations.



 
    *  §  27-4264  Violations.  a. In addition to any other penalties, the
  license held by any person who shall violate, or refuse, or  neglect  to
  comply  with  any  provisions of sections 27-4256, 27-4257, 27-4258, and
  27-4259 of this subchapter may be revoked as  provided  for  in  section
  20-104 of the code.
    b.  Any person who shall violate, or refuse, or neglect to comply with
  any  provision  of  section  27-4260  of  this  subchapter  shall   upon
  conviction  thereof  be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred
  dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars for the first violation,  not
  less  than  one  thousand dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars for
  the second violation, not less than fifteen  hundred  dollars  nor  more
  than ten thousand dollars for the third violation, and not less than two
  thousand  dollars  nor  more  than  ten  thousand dollars for the fourth
  violation, and every subsequent violation, or, for any such violation by
  imprisonment for  not  more  than  six  months,  or  by  both  fine  and
  imprisonment.
