2006 New York Code - Supervision.



 
    §  27-4243 Supervision. Each wholesale drug store or drug and chemical
  supply house shall be continuously under the care and supervision of one
  or more persons, each holding a certificate of fitness,  as  manager  or
  superintendent  or  foreman  thereof.  The number of persons required to
  hold such certificates shall be stated in the permit.
