    §  27-4241  Quantities  of supplies allowed. No permit shall be issued
  for the storage in a wholesale drug store or drug  and  chemical  supply
  house  of  any  of  the  following substances in quantities greater than
  those set forth in the following schedule:
 
    1. Explosives.
  Amyl nitrate in bottles ...................................... 25 pounds
