2006 New York Code - Location.



 
    §  27-420  Location.  Rooms  containing  boilers or furnaces, or other
  equipment of similar or greater explosion hazard, shall not  be  located
  within  fifty  feet of any place of assembly, unless separated from such
  place of assembly by  construction  complying  with  the  provisions  of
  section 27-401 of article two of this subchapter.
