2006 New York Code - Nitro-cellulose X-ray Film.



 
    §  27-4201  Nitro-cellulose  X-ray  film. It shall be unlawful for the
  person or authority in charge of, maintaining, operating  or  conducting
  any  hospital,  clinic,  dispensary,  school,  college,  home, asylum or
  institution to bring into, expose or develop  or  allow  to  be  brought
  into,  exposed  or  developed  in  such  institution any nitro-cellulose
  material in the form of a sheet, film, or other  form,  intended  to  be
  exposed to Roentgen rays, X-rays, or to light of any kind.
