2006 New York Code - Tank Trucks Or Vehicles.

 
    §  27-4107  Tank trucks or vehicles. It shall be unlawful to transport
  gases, as defined in subdivisions twenty and twenty-a of section 27-4002
  of the code, in quantities exceeding those  specified  under  paragraphs
  four  through  thirteen of subdivision a inclusive of section 27-4100 of
  this subchapter, in a tank truck or other vehicle unless such  truck  or
  vehicle  be  of a type constructed and equipped in accordance with rules
  and regulations prescribed by the fire commissioner.
