2006 New York Code - Permit Required.



 
    § 27-4105 Permit required. It shall be unlawful to transport without a
  permit  within  the  city  of  New York gases as defined in subdivisions
  twenty and twenty-a of  section  27-4002  of  the  code,  in  quantities
  exceeding  those  specified  under  paragraphs  four through thirteen of
  subdivision a inclusive of section 27-4100 of this subchapter.
