2006 New York Code - Restrictions.



 
    § 27-4091 Restrictions. a. Storage of oil. Such permit shall state the
  amount  of  kerosene  and  lubricating  oils which may be stored on such
  premises, which amount shall not be exceeded.
    b. Basement premises. No permit shall be granted  for  premises  below
  the grade story of any building.
    c. No permit shall be issued for any premises which do not comply with
  the requirements of the building code regulating industrial occupancies.
