2006 New York Code - Permit.



 
    §  27-4090  Permit.  Except  upon premises for which a permit has been
  issued under this subchapter, it shall be unlawful to conduct  a  repair
  shop  for  motorcycles,  or  to  store,  house  or  keep, or receive for
  storage, housing or  keeping,  more  than  four  motorcycles  containing
  gasoline  in  their  fuel  tanks;  provided, however, that such a permit
  shall not be required for premises used as a garage under a permit  duly
  issued  therefor,  or  for  premises  used  for the storage or repair of
  motorcycles owned and operated by members of but one family.
