2006 New York Code - Permissible Projections Beyond The Street Line.



 
    §  27-307 Permissible projections beyond the street line. No part of a
  new building, or of any alteration or addition to an existing  building,
  shall  be  constructed  to  extend  beyond  the  street  line, except as
  specifically provided in this subchapter.
