2006 New York Code - Occupancy Group F-1.



 
    § 27-255 Occupancy group F-1. Shall include those buildings and spaces
  in  which,  during  the major period of occupancy, the persons assembled
  comprise a seated or otherwise passive  audience  to  a  performance  or
  presentation,  and have their attention focused in a common direction or
  at a common subject. Occupancy group F-1 consists  of  two  subdivisions
  F-1a and F-1b.
    (a)  Occupancy  group  F-1a.  Includes  buildings  and spaces in which
  scenery and scenic elements are used.
    (b) Occupancy group F-1b.  Includes  buildings  and  spaces  in  which
  scenery and scenic elements are not used.
